When are cookies shipped out?

To ensure your cookies are received in perfect condition:

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday: Shipped out the next business day

Orders placed Thursday-Sunday: Shipped out on Monday

How are your products packaged?

Our treats are carefully packaged and heat-sealed to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping services to international customers in the future. (For specific inquiries or international requests, please contact customer service.)

How do I warm my cookies?

For the ultimate gourmet experience, we recommend you eat our goods warm! Place them in the microwave for ONLY 10 seconds and enjoy! (Heating for too long will result in it burning/ being overcooked)

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Our treats are made to order, ensuring freshness upon arrival. Cookies stay fresh in an airtight container for up to5 days, can be refrigerated for 1 1/2 weeks, and can be frozen for up to 2 months. Cookies must be warmed after refrigeration/thawing.

Do I have to refrigerate them?

Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch is the only cookie that must be refrigerated and eaten cold.

 

Shipping (United States Only):

  • We offer reliable shipping services to destinations within the United States.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, however we ship with UPS Ground. The packages usually arrive in 2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped!

Delivery Issues:

  • In the rare event of delivery issues or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you promptly.
